We press each tortilla from a fresh dough ball when you order, cook it in under 2 minutes, then fill and roll it. It's in your hands in under 3 minutes, and nothing is made in advance.
Where can I find allergen information?
Every dish on the menu shows its allergens, and there is a full allergen page too.
